The package is billed monthly. The credits you need depend on the number and platform of the profiles you request in a month.
A credit is the unit in which requested profiles are counted. Each profile uses credits once per month, no matter how often you request it. How many depends on the platform:
350 Facebook and Instagram profiles, 30 TikTok and 9 X profiles: 350 + 90 + 45 = 485 credits. Then the package with 500 credits for 500.00€$625.00 per month is the right fit.

The tier depends on the total number of profiles you request in a month. Its price then applies to each of these profiles.
We count the distinct profiles you request via the API in a month. How often you request a profile does not matter.
The same 10 Facebook, 20 Instagram and 5 TikTok profiles every day: 35 × 3.50€$5.00 = 122.50€$175.00 per month.

A brand groups any of your own social media profiles that belong together for you — for example, the channels of a company, client or project. You can combine multiple profiles from the same network as well as profiles from different networks.
No. With Professional, brands, profiles and competitors in your account remain unlimited. Capacity limits apply only within an individual brand or research dashboard. Only when you need more profiles or special features there do you expand exactly that workspace.
You activate additional workflows, analytics and reporting features only for selected brands. Because each brand has exactly one dashboard, analytics and reporting features automatically apply to its brand dashboard. You can add standalone research dashboards independently of a brand. Discovery, Automation and other account features apply to your entire organization.
A brand's preconfigured dashboard contains up to 20 of your own profiles and 20 competitors. Benchmarking & Content Analysis supports up to 50 competitors in the dashboard in addition to your own profiles. A standalone research dashboard already includes the custom analytics features and supports up to 500 competitor profiles with unlimited history.
Yes. Add-ons apply only for the selected billing period and can be adjusted for the next period. The Professional base plan remains unaffected.
