BREAKING: A Utah judge has denied Tyler Robinson's request to remove the death penalty from the Charlie Kirk murder case.

Robinson's attorneys argued prosecutors should no longer be allowed to seek capital punishment, claiming they violated court rules with public comments about evidence before trial.
