Fanpage Karma collects the data of a profile from the moment it was first entered into our database by a user. Some key figures can be requested from the social networks for the time before the first entry, for example number of posts or interactions. The number of followers, on the other hand, can usually not be recorded retrospectively.

Some networks make an exception for the user's own profiles and allow historical data to be recorded retrospectively, for example Facebook. According to the networks, some of these key figures may only be displayed for the user's own profiles, for example reach and impressions. These numbers are never visible to strangers in Fanpage Karma either.

The paid membership initially runs for the minimum usage period you have booked. You can freely choose this period: a month, a quarter, a half-year, a year or two years. Afterwards, the Fanpage Karma membership is automatically extended by the same period if you do not cancel the account up to one day before the end of the usage period.
After the termination, you will retain all functions until the end of the current usage period. The account then changes to free use and only the free functions are retained.
